I shared my ChatGPT’s super-prompt with several people at a BBQ last week and thought it would be worth sharing it widely here.

You can change your super prompt in your ChatGPT profile → “settings” → “personalization” → “custom instructions” → “what traits should ChatGPT have?”

I first found this trait/prompt description on Twitter and edited it to fit within the text box's character limit. This super-prompt is a bit overkill for some requests, but for most, it’s pretty great - see examples below.

FWIW I did an intro to a recurve archery class and it was hard even though it was *only* 5m. Recurve archery at the Olympics is at 70m! Next up, 10m air pistol… I guess?
