Decimal helps with technical customer issues that bounce between support and engineering while someone digs through logs, code, production data, docs and customer context to figure out what happened to address a customer query.
Decimal customer engineering platform handles this investigation itself by finding workarounds, identifying root causes and even fixing bugs on behalf of support teams.
Support teams now have a technical co-pilot/AI friend to help. Engineers aren’t bothered anymore which frees up their time to build.
Co-founders Sanjeet and Kevin have already closed customers like Granola, Tealium, NVIDIA, Resilinc, BuildOps Lucidworks and are scaling pretty quickly! Sunil Chhaya and I are excited to be involved in their journey!
